Job Details
Reporting to the Head of HR you will provide an efficient and customer focused HR service to the charity, delivering both reactive and proactive services. An excellent communicator you will be the main point of contact for HR queries, providing advise and guidance on a range of employment policies and HR related issues. You will monitor and update a range of policies ensuring they are in line with current legislation and support staff engagement strategies, leading inductions and staff day delivery.
The HR Team have helped to lead the Charity to 7th position in The Sunday Times Best Companies ranking, something they are incredibly proud of. This role will help to maintain this standard and help the charity to continually improve.
Applicants will have experience in a generalist HR role, delivering advice and managing a varied workload. You will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified. Consideration will be given to supporting the successful candidate with their professional qualification route. A confident communicator, you will be able to work across all levels of the charity as well as liaising with outside providers. This is a busy role so you must be able to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly.
