Job Details
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a niche company based near Swindon to recruit a talented Payroll Coordinator for 12-18 months.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will provide an effective and efficient payroll service to an organisation of c.500 monthly paid staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly payroll cycles to ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries / wages.
- Ensure compliance of payroll in line with PAYE regulations.
- Identify and investigate any anomalies or non-compliance issues.
- Liaise with the finance to ensure the costings information is accurate
- Complete various forms and statutory reports required by HMRC (i.e. P11D's, Real Time Information).
- Prepare payroll returns (Year End).
- Provide information to statutory bodies as requested (e.g. HMRC, Courts, Child Support Agency).
- Administer the company pension scheme, private healthcare schemes, childcare voucher scheme and process monthly invoices.
- Prepare monthly employee-related MI (e.g. overtime, sickness, headcount etc).
The successful candidate will have strong in-house payroll experience and will be able to demonstrate competence in the key responsibilities above. You will also be happy assisting with various HR admin and HR project-based tasks as and when directed to help support the team.
Attention to detail, working to deadlines and an adaptable "can-do" approach is essential in this role.
