A global private equity firm based in the City of London is looking for a largely autonomous HR Business Partner to join the HR function.

Reporting in to the Head of HR and working closely with the business of circa 85 employees across 2 global offices, you will be responsible for largely managing the management of annual HR processes, advisory and HR operations largely autonomously. You will be comfortable managing employee relations/ policy across the organisation as well as helping to drive HR projects, HR reporting (largely utilising Excel), recruitment, talent & development, compensation, benefits and payroll. You will enjoy operating in a broad and busy HR generalist role in a high touch environment.

You will be an accomplished HR Generalist / HR Business Partner who is operationally strong. You will ideally have operated in small and large financial services organisations (ideally Private Equity / Investments). You will have a track record managing ER & have excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
