As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with the SMT to devise and deliver the organisational people strategy that is fit for purpose for specific client groups.

We are currently partnering with an industry leading manufacturing business.

Description

This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the potential to either extend or even become permanent.

This HR Business Partner will be an operational and project aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders. This is an BAU and projects focused role.

Using the People plan formulate an implementation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the following;

  • ER
  • Restructure
  • Redundancy
  • TUPE (in and out)

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

As a HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the management and leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

You will be equipped with an operational toolkit which will enable you to plan, manage and assist key projects within a generalist space; ER, Restructure, Redundancy, TUPE (in and out).

You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, which you have supported in taking through a change agenda.

You will also be immediately available or available to start within a couple of weeks.

Job Offer

This role will paid £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
