Reward Analyst
Coventry
I am looking for an experienced reward professional in Coventry. Working as part of the reward team you will have responsibility for providing advice and guidance on a range of reward queries and take ownership on several reward projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist on several reward projects including; pay reviews and review of employee benefits provision
- Work with the communications team to communicate reward packages
- Provide advice and guidance on all reward queries, establishing yourself as the 'go to person' for reward queries
- Analyse information around employee uptake and usage of benefits and recommended methods for improving uptake
- Work closely with third party benefit suppliers to ensure value for money
The ideal candidate
- Previously experience as part of a reward function within a large organisation
- Experience leading project around pay benchmarking and job evaluation
- Excellent excel skills
- Confident at analysing large data sets
- Experience advising colleagues on benefit queries
