HR Business Partner
I am currently partnering with a growing organisation based in South Manchester to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for a period of 12-18 months to support them during an exciting period of change and transformation.
Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with the Senior Management team; you will be a proactive HR professional with experience of Change Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Employee Engagement. Ideally CIPD qualified, you must be able to demonstrate working at a similar HR level, be able to quickly build strong and credible relationships and work in a commercial, fast paced environment.
Having previously operated at a HR Business Partner level, ideally supporting a Central Services Function, you will have proven experience of building and developing strong robust relationships with key stakeholders and senior management. You will also have the ability to work and deliver under pressure, be resilient and have strong project management skills.
