Fantastic project role to review and improve the recruitment strategy for this leading public sector organisation. Working closely with the wider HR team and Recruiting managers across the organisation to identify challenges and develop an innovative and efficient recruitment strategy.

Our client is a leading public sector organisation with a large HR team based in central Brighton. This is a contract role to support them in delivering a key strategic project.
Description
As Interim Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for reviewing the current recruitment processes, meeting with key recruiting managers and HR colleagues to understand their requirements and challenges in order to develop an innovative and effective recruitment strategy which will include:
- Research
- Stakeholder engagement
- Development
- Training
- Developing processes and procedures
- Updating relevant policies
Profile
You will have a background in recruitment - either in-house or within an agency - and will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of different recruitment methods and attraction techniques, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.
Job Offer
Basic salary - £33,000 plus excellent benefits
