EMEA Payroll Services Manager

Permanent Role

Location: Derry - Norther Ireland

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits

Role: EMEA Payroll Manager

I am working with a leading SaaS business that is looking to make an additional hire to their payroll team due to expansion within the company.

This role will be the right hand to the EMEA Op's Director and managing. As the business is continually growing they will be hoping to hire an additional 5 to 10 heads in the next 24 months but before doing so, want to make this critical hire.

Some of the responsibilities include.

Ensuring the EMEA Operations strategy and model will be adhered to;

Management and development of the payroll team;

Ensuring that the procedures and controls are being followed appropriately and create new if needed;

Create new KPI's for the EMEA payroll service department;

Background of the successful applicants.

CIPP would be desirable

Long standing experience within Payroll within the EMEA regions

Team management experience is a must

A natural leader with a problem solving mentality
