An experience and confident Executive Assistant is required to support the CEO, COO and Senior Director on a temporary basis for a market leading manufacturing company based in London

Client Details

Our client is a well known, successful, manufacturing company based in London, looking to recruit a temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to CEO, CFO and Senior Partner.


Duties will include:

Extensive diary management on behalf of the CEO, COO and Senior Director
Inbox management - managing in-boxes and email correspondence, including producing first drafts of communication. Monitoring the outbox and inputting relevant information into the CEO's diary
First point of contact on behalf of the CEO and CFO - gate keeping duties
Preparing and compiling papers and documents into relevant as necessary
Collation and preparation of documents for meetings
Preparing agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes
Processing expenses
Dialling external calls for CEO
Booking travel arrangements
Keeping on top of the workloads for the CEO, CFO and Senior partner reminders.


The successful Executive Assistant for this role will need to be able to work in central London:

Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant and supported at C-suite level.
Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Be a good team player
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
Have good attention to detail.
Be able to use their initiative and be assertive.
Be discreet and understand the importance of confidentiality.
Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of up to £50,000. Hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
