Oakleaf are delighted to be working on a retained basis with a hospitality investment business. This firm is family owned, and has circa 50 full time staff, along with over 250 within hospitality.This organisation is a fast growing business who are now looking for their first Head of HR. Reporting to one of the partners, you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition - both for head office and hospitalityTraining and DevelopmentDriving the culture and EVPCreating an robust and sophisticated on-boarding processEngagement and retentionWorking with the partners on compensation and benefits management The ideal candidate needs to have worked for a small business, preferably privately owned. The ideal candidate also needs to be able to operate in a stand alone capacity, until the time is right to grow the team.
