About The Role

Working as part of the Group engagement team, to create and deliver an improved experience for our people at the City & Guilds Group. You'll be supporting and promoting engagement and employee feedback throughout the Group with existing staff and externally for future employees. To do this we'd love you to effectively measure engagement levels through quantitative and qualitative data, analyse and interpret the data to understand why the levels are what they are, and implement initiatives to increase engagement through communications and dedicated engagement initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone passionate about people! Ideally you’ll be creative and love thinking about culture, learning, metrics and how we make things better for people at work. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills to roll out great engagement campaigns. You’ll also need good analytical skills to understand and interpret our engagement data.

It would be great if you have proven experience in this field – and have a communications or HR background. You’ll be working with a diverse range of internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines including our management Board so stakeholder management will be useful. You’ll be working in a busy team of 5 people, who love learning and trying out new things (so long as it will make the experience of our people better!) so if that sounds like an environment you’d like we’d love for you to apply!
