Your new company
A unique Learning and Development Advisor role has arisen, working for one of the world's largest manufactures and innovators in it's field. In this role you'll be part of the corporate team focusing on the Global Learning and Development priorities for the organisation.

Your new role
In your new Learning & Development Advisor role, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out the Global Training Needs Analysis and programme nomination
The ongoing implementation, reporting and continuous improvement of Performance Management practices
Design, delivery, evaluation of a range of global training programmes, which will also involve working with external suppliers to ensure a high quality of training provisions,
You will work with stakeholders and the Global HR teams to manage process and essential people analytics, which inform key management reporting such as Talent Management, Sustainability data, along with Customer Auditing requirements.

The role provides an opportunity to work for a diverse range of nationalities and cultures on a daily basis, as well exposure to a wide range of roles across the organisation from First Line Supervisors through to Senior Leaders.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong understanding of the learning function
Minimum 3 years working in an L&D Officer/Advisor position
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, planning and organising skills to operate in a global environment
