HR Assistant- West End- Perm

A leading Financial Services firm based in the West End are currently looking for a switched on HR Administrator to join their team of 4.

This is an attractive opportunity for an junior HR professional to operate in a broad role but is also comfortable taking ownership of general HR Admin / Ops, HR reporting, Payroll and Benefits coordination. Working alongside an experienced Head of HR, HR Manager, Recruiter and Projects Speialist the successful candidate will have the opportunity to have ownership of the payroll and benefits processes, in addition to supporting the HR team with general HR operations & HR projects.

Main duties are as follows:

  • Prepare HR documents - contracts, letters and maintain up to date templates
  • Manage on/off boarding process, updating the organisation chart as required
  • Manage the HR system, including all data input, HRIS & MI reporting
  • Assisting with the payroll and benefits cycle alongside management
    • Benefits administration
    • Oversee the outsourced payroll process for London and Global offices
  • Recruitment support including interview cheduling and vendor management
  • Ad-hoc project work

Candidate Profile:

  • Excel savvy - v-look ups, pivot tables, formulas
  • Previous HR experience is required ideally within a corporate environment
  • Proactive, team player, great attention to detail and highly organised
  • This is a great role from someone to come in around 1-2 years experience
  • Degree educated
