The successful Recruitment Consultant would be responsible for:
*managing the end to end recruitment process
*providing strategic advice to managers
*negotiating fees and preferred supplier agreements
*analysing market conditions and trends
Profile
The successful Recruitment Consultant would have:
*minimum 1 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Associate Consultant
*high level understanding of current recruitment methodologies
*the ability to communicate and negotiate successfully with various stakeholders
