Your new role
The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR management team in the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the business. The Senior HR Advisor will lead on complex ER case management and coach managers on HR best practice. The post holder will also support change management programmes including organisation development, restructures and TUPE. The Senior HR Advisor will also manage implementation of HR initiatives, such as, employee engagement, performance management, talent management and early years talent management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with expertise in employee relations, change management and managing HR projects. You will be highly professional, have a solutions focused approach and be able to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders. Previous experience within a corporate or professional environment is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £28,000 to £35,000 plus benefits.
