Band 7 Fitness for Work Team Manager

Manchester

        

 

Our client are a major public sector organisation, and they seek to recruit a Band 7 full time Fitness For Work Team Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Services, main duties to include:

  • Provides leadership and management of the Fitness for Work Team across the two sites.
  • Manages the delivery of a safe, professional, effective and efficient EHW fitness for work service to the organisation and to external clients.
  • Provides specialist advice in all areas of fitness for work assessments in line with best practice and Legislation.
  • Liaises with other specialists (internal and external) in the management of fitness for work assessments.
  • Undertakes clinical audit programmes and service evaluation.
  • Supports the delivery of Health & Wellbeing plans across the organisation.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be a registered nurse who holds an OH qualification and experience with fitness for work assessments and managing a team.

Salary: to £37k -£43k dependent upon experience + benefits.
