Ashley Kate is proud to be supporting our client who are looking to add to their team with a HR Officer on a full-time permanent basis.

About you
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step into a HR Advisor level over the next 18-24 months. You will need to have excellent communication with the ability to develop and maintain relationships, in addition to bring able to work under pressure due to the high volume of queries received through the company portal and over the telephone.

About the role

Joining a small team of 5, this will be a busy and pressurised role where you will be involved in the full employment cycle including the on boarding cycle.

You will be responsible for:

Providing 1st line advice on all staff and management queries
Manage full employment cycle including processing new starters and leavers and carrying out employment checks
Assist with raising purchase orders and invoices
Ensure full GDPR compliance at all times
Prepare and contribute to team meetings
Support in project work as directed
Complete any other ad hoc tasks as required
