HR Generalist role - 12-month FTC Oakleaf are working with a fantastic fintech company based in central London who are looking to bring in an experienced HR Generalist to join their collaborative team. They want you to have good presentation, excel, data analysis and structure / planning skills as well as someone who has a solid understanding of how HR operates and a passion for learning more. The role will provide broad exposure to many different elements - talent, organization design, compensation etc So good if you want to develop in to a more junior HRBP type role.You must have: 4+ years generalist HR experienceStrong communication & organisational skillsAbility to work independently under pressure and with a "can-do" attitudeExperience within a matrix organizationBroad based knowledge of HR function areas (Performance Management, Employee relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc)Experience with MS Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook)Degree (or equivalent) qualifiedIf you feel that this role is for you, then please apply now!!
