Interim Global Reward Manager
I am working with a leading Global Reward Manager position in a 4-6 month contract position. This will initially involve operational reward management activities with a key focus on delivering the 2019 annual compensation review.
The core remit of the Group Reward Manager role is operational reward management for the 'top management' population (across Europe and the US). However, the role is also required to help educate and advise the Divisional and Regional HR Director's on applying and embedding the Group Reward principles, frameworks and governance in all reward decisions across their organisations. You will be leading the annual global compensation review process which will include conducting and supervising discussions with senior stakeholders around long and short term incentives and well as involvement in reward projects.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in either a senior analyst or manager capacity, therefore this is an excellent opportunity for a senior analyst to step up onto a role where they will be leading annual compensation review processes or an established manager to step in. You must be comfortable influencing and communicating with Senior Management and previous experience mentoring and coaching other members of the Reward team.
