HR Operations Manager - Birmingham

£55,00-£65,000

12 months FTC

Seeking an experience HR Manager who can provide leadership and direction to the HR Employee Support Services, Payroll and Employee Relations Teams.

It is essential that you have experience of ER case management reviews with the advisors and able to share wider business insights with the HR Business Partners.

You will also have experience of new system integration and implementation and technology transformation within HR environment

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Significant experience in a HR generalist position within a man management role
  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Services environment and have had ER case management experience
  • Experience of effectively communicating with management / senior level stakeholders
