Recruitment Business Partner - Creative
My client are a privately owned global design business who are going through extensive expansion on an international level. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join them on their rapidly changing business and work in a global capacity based in their London office.
You will work closely with one of the Founders of the business and the Senior HR specialist to help implement their new recruitment strategy. As a growing business, they have 3 key areas of focus for the foreseeable future; bringing in the right talent, working in a more unified global way and ensuring growth also means high retention.
You will be highly experienced in implementing and using a globally used ATS. This is something you can come in with and really hit the ground running.Work closely with hiring managers to craft hiring plans and execute strategic searches. Apply a range of recruitment techniques on all requisitions and job postings (i,e recruitment branding, market positioning, candidate experience, analysis of effective hires, future hiring needs, cost savings and direct sourcing etc. Use of passive and active sourcing approaches to engage with the candidate market to build deep talent pipelines/talent pool. Effectively communicate the brand, what we do, our work culture and environment. Attract and engage top-talent by conducting full lifecycle, high-impact targeted talent acquisition processes including job specification development, drafting Job ads, applicant sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, evaluating, negotiating offers, and hiring in a manner that highlights our unique culture. Get to know candidates by conducting initial resume, phone screens, and reference checks and then make recommendations to hiring managers. Ensure stellar candidate experiences by scheduling and preparing in-person interview materials. Partner with 3rd party vendor to oversee employment verification process and take any required action, as needed. Proactively manage the applicant tracking system, data integrity, reporting, candidate communications, social recruiting efforts, pipeline efforts, and related activities. Recommend and implement creative, effective process enhancements and efficiency's. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by collaborating with studio contacts, P&C Business Partners and hiring managers. Recruitment Reporting on a monthly basis.
