Job Details
A global financial services firm is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant (VP) to join the HR team based in Luxembourg.
Reporting in to the Global Head of ER (US) and EMEA Head of ER (UK), you will be responsible for managing all employee relations (policy & case management) primarily in Luxembourg & the surrounding countries in a business facing high touch role.
You will be an accomplished ER / Employee Relations VP with a track record covering Luxembourg and the ability to be based in the country full time. You will also have experience operating in a global financial services organisation. Degree and / or CIPD and European Languages preferred.
