ArtisHR are currently supporting an exciting business with the Recruitment of a Resourcing Partner for an FTC in Swindon, the role offers a salary of £40-45,000pa + benefits.

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Resourcing Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team within our People Function on a 6 month fixed term contract.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our key business stakeholders and hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions that ensure we attract and select the best external and internal talent. You will work in partnership with key contacts within defined functional areas and be a single point of contact, taking time to understand business and resource needs, advise and agree on recruiting solutions and manage the full end to end process. You will work as part of a team and flex across business areas to ensure that the team deliver a consistently high level of service across the business.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with subject matter expertise across multiple disciplines, able to work on and fill all levels of positions to support the talent acquisition process and activities. The ability to build strong relationships to partner with the business is essential, along with a desire to work pro-actively and engage in potential future needs as well as current requirements.
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time.

Key Responsibilities
*Recruits all level of positions and maintains relationships with candidates that may prospective fit ongoing on future business needs in our selected industry segments.
*Plans and recommends talent acquisition programs, including sourcing, selection and placement.
* Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions.
*Consults on succession planning and high potential candidate identification.
*Contributes to develop and implement policies, processes, programs and consulting services for senior management to optimally utilize recruitment capabilities.
*Supports in projects which local within country projects (such as continuous improvements) through to Group Led TA initiatives.
*Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Skills And Experience
*Experience of working as Recruiter either in-house, RPO or for an agency.
*Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills. * Self-motivated and results driven.
*Pragmatic and commercially minded.
*Effective team player who is dynamic and has ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
*Positive and supportive outlook in line with the team culture.
*Highly collaborative and results orientated working style
*Sound presentation skills
*Sound project management skills
