Interim HR Data Lead
LMA is delighted to be working with a global Professional services firm to appoint an Interim HR Data Lead.
The HR Data Lead will report into the Head of HR Analytics and will manage a team of HR Data specialists.
The purpose of the role is to support the HR Transformation agenda by transforming legacy HR systems and moving to the new HR solution.
- Lead a specialist data migration team to:
- Map and create documents for the end-to-end transformation process
- Work with various teams across the business to clean data
- Lead on all data loading rounds
- Perform reconciliation and report on data loading
- Attain functional area business signoff for each Go Live
- Ensure that the team deliverables meet all program criteria of time, cost and quality
