LMA is delighted to be working with a global Professional services firm to appoint an Interim HR Data Lead.

The HR Data Lead will report into the Head of HR Analytics and will manage a team of HR Data specialists.

The purpose of the role is to support the HR Transformation agenda by transforming legacy HR systems and moving to the new HR solution.

  • Lead a specialist data migration team to:
    • Map and create documents for the end-to-end transformation process
    • Work with various teams across the business to clean data
    • Lead on all data loading rounds
    • Perform reconciliation and report on data loading
    • Attain functional area business signoff for each Go Live
    • Ensure that the team deliverables meet all program criteria of time, cost and quality
