Recruitment Advisor - Business Services

LMA are working with a leading law firm in the search for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to be part of one of the UK's most successful firms, with a very well respected place in the market. This role would involve working closely with the business to deliver on the recruitment needs of the Business Service area of the Business.

The successful candidate will ideally come from an internal recruitment role working within a law firm. However, our client will also consider an experienced agency recruiter, however it is essential that you would have strong experience recruiting within areas of business services such as IT, finance or business support. You will be required to source candidates through a variety of methods and work closely with line managers in looking at gaps within recruitment, advice on sustainability and think of new ways of attraction.

This is a permanent position, looking to pay £40,000 with very competitive benefits package. Our client also offers a good work life balance, and a very friendly and enjoyable team to be part of.
