Morgan McKinley is looking to recruit for a Senior Reward Analyst, for a multisite global brand. The successful candidate will analysis Reward data and support Reward Managers and business leaders to deliver robust reward decisions.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Run the annual Gender Pay Gap report.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the organisation's grading structure, managing one-off job evaluation requests, and working with the Reward Managers on broader restructures.
  • Streamlining our grading process, and supporting the development of the HR community in this area.
  • Working with the Reward Managers and business partners, you'll quickly determine any standard data requirements to support them efficiently and effectively.

Personal Specification:

  • An extensive background in Reward, you'll have a strong understanding of market trends and benchmarking.
  • Knowledgeable in grading and job evaluation practices, experience with Hay methodology is a must
  • You'll be an enthusiastic driver of change, and thrive on seeking creative solutions to improve efficiency. In addition, you'll have worked in a large, commercially focussed and complex environment.
  • Numerate and analytical, with exceptional MS Excel knowledge, including data manipulation and working with large and complex data sets.
