Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

Title: Payroll & Benefits Manager

I am working with a leading business within the transport and logistics sector who are seeking an experienced payroller to help improve upon various process's, continue with the BAU as well as running the benefits for the business.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the business as usual of the payroll always runs smoothly and efficiently;

Be a key Business Partner for internal and external stakeholders from a payroll and benefits perspective;

Ensure that the procedures and controls are maintained correctly and make any improvements when required;

To be a leader of a well-established team and train / develop as and when needed.

Background:

Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to present as well as the fundamentals;

Experience in running outsourced payrolls for c3000 people

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to change.
