Part Time HR Advisor

Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with a leading company in their search for a permanent part time HR Advisor. This role will be based in Erdington and the hours will be spread across three days.

This role will be reporting into the Head of HR and will be taking an ownership of Employee Relations issues within the business.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Taking full ownership all disciplinary and grievances, including the administration duties.
·Leading a new on line absence management system.
·Advising and coaching managers on relevant HR queries and issues.
·Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and followed correctly.

We are looking for:

·Proven HR Advisor with experience dealing with managers and coaching them through any HR queries.
·Previous experience working a similar role within a fast paced organisation.
·Excellent experience dealing with ER issues including absence management, disciplinary and grievance.
