Chief People Officer opportunity in central Nottingham. This Chief People Officer role exclusive to Harvey Nash is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology organisation. Over the past few years this business has more than quadrupled in size both in terms of revenues and headcount and they have realistic ambitions to continue this level of growth. Reporting into the CEO, this is a board level Chief People Officer role.

You will join a board that is truly passionate about the development of the business through people therefore Talent Attraction and Development, Engagement, Culture, Motivation and Employee Satisfaction are all areas that are key strategic pillars for the business. As Chief People Officer you will be responsible for working with the board to define and implement the people strategy for the business and critically ensure the people plan is built in order to drive the ambitious business goals this organisation has.

This organisation wants to become renowned as the best place to work in their sector, an ambitious statement but a future the board are committed to building. This will involve working on all aspects of the working environment ensuring the look and feel of the business is an accurate reflection of the culture the organisation wants to build. They want to become a true "destination" for talent.

You will be someone who has experience of helping an organisation scale in terms of revenues and profit but also in terms of headcount. You will be passionate about engagement, culture and people development and be able to demonstrate where you have built people strategies with these aspects at the very heart of the plan. You will be a true business leader rather than solely an HR leader and have an ambitious, engaging and influential personality.
