A forward thinking and influential international organisation is looking for an interim Programme Engagement Lead. This is an exciting new role where you will be responsible for developing and delivering the change communications and engagement strategy regarding their global HR transformation programme.

Accountabilities include:

  • Developing the internal comms plan and approach for the HR transformation programme
  • Working collaboratively with HR to understand what relevant collateral to use, such as publications, videos, presentations, intranet site
  • Developing and upgrading the self-service portal for all HR queries
  • Creating a user friendly tool kit to help global teams roll out the changes
  • Providing advice and guidance on the most effective way to engage employees during and after the transformation
  • Identifying any communication risks around HR change and mitigating these

Skills & Experience

  • Must have gained the above experience within a global commercial organisation
  • Degree or formal professional qualification in communications or a relevant profession
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal communications planning methodology
  • Professional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex communication projects
  • Previous experience of managing the internal communications of HR transformation programmes is desirable
