Description
- Dealing with a high volume of ER cases
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Providing HR advice to line managers
- Overseeing the payroll process
- Overseeing the recruitment process and liaising with line managers
- Grievances & Disciplinaries
- On- boarding process
- Contracts
Profile
* HR exposure at an advisory level
* Have dealt with high levels of Employee Relations cases
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Good knowledge of employment law
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
