Job Details
A global law firm based in the City of London is looking for an HR Officer to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- ER
- Dealing with day to day queries as they arise
- Carrying out end of probation review meetings, monitoring probation periods including follow up and performance reviews
- Managing flexible working requests
- Coordination of disciplinary/grievance meetings; taking notes or where appropriate running the investigation/hearing
- Assisting on maternity/adoption, paternity and parental leave processes
- General
- Assisting with the review and updating of HR policies
- Liaising with the Resourcing team on recruitment authorisations
- Assisting with ad hoc projects
- Assisting the HR Admins when required
- Assisting the HRBPs with annual salary review process
- Managing the co-ordination and preparation of salary review documentation
- Assisting the HRBP with
This person will:
- Be a graduate or equivalent and CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Proven experience at Adviser/Officer level within professional services
- Understand employee relations - have experience in this area
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong IT skills
