Page are currently recruiting for a well known organisation in Colne, looking for an administrator to assist with all aspects of admin support, booking meetings , taking minutes in meetings and supporting the department when needed. This role is a great entry level role for someone wanting to develop their career.

Client Details

The client is well known brand, looking for interim support 4- 6 months with the possibility to go permanent. They offer parking and progression.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Administrator are:

  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post

Profile

To be successful in applying for the administrator you will be:

  • Immediately available
  • Experience in all the above
  • Can do attitude
  • Interest in HR processes

Job Offer
