Who are we?

HR is currently working with a leading professional services business who are looking for an experienced L&D Trainer to join their business on 12 month FTC. The role is based in Birmingham and will focus on delivering key training programmes, including design and delivery across a variety of platforms.

What you will be doing?

* Design, deliver and plan structured training programmes to meet the needs of the business and to ensure stability of course content and materials.
* Deliver training programmes across the business using various media including classroom training and digital e-learning.
* Evaluate training in order to ensure effective delivery.

What skills are we looking for?

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
* Planning, training and presentation skills.
* Stakeholder management experience.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
* Professional qualifications in learning/training is desirable
* Proficient in the training cycle
* The confidence to deliver training to individuals and groups.
* Ability to adapt training to match levels of ability.
* Time keeping and organisational skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* A patient and understanding approach, together with the ability to motivate learners.
