The Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will work closely with the global HR team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will utilise best practice to drive the recruitment needs internally and externally while also building the brand through engagement in the market place. Key Responsibilities: Build strong professional relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring great people as quickly and efficiently as possible and without the use of recruitment agencies where possible (using LinkedIn, job boards, hiring portals, universities, employee networks, etc)Where use of agencies is required, effectively manage relationships to ensure we have the best fee rates and they are representing and serving the business as effectively as possibleWork with hiring managers to write and define job descriptions where neededLeverage your network and the networks of our teams to source top talentShortlist candidates via telephone screenings/skype / face-to-face meetings prior to presenting hiring managers with a shortlistProviding recruitment guidance and advice to the hiring managers and training them accordinglyInnovative and proactive in providing a targeted approach to attract the best talentBuild recruiting processes, ensuring aligned quality control and proactively identifying and actioning areas for process improvementContinuously improving processes to ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the hiring process as well as a great on boarding experience when they startProviding professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practice Skill & Experience RequirementsSuccessful track record leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levelsAbility to think creatively in attracting, searching for new candidates and overall recruitment processExperience developing and managing recruitment processes using direct sourcing, social media and innovative strategiesSkilled at conducting behavioral based interviews for a variety of rolesAbility to write client oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptionsExperience in talent pipeliningGood knowledge of talent frameworks and employee engagementExperience recruiting global roles and their corresponding intricaciesIT outsource industry background advantage but not essentialSuccessful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same timePreviously demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and engagementStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsA strong understanding of technical competencies and frameworksStrong networking skillsAn ability to consistently deliver against challenging targetsComfort with the ownership of a workload that can be varied and heavy at times
