Global Resourcing Advisor within Oil and Gas

My client is a major player operating in the oil and gas space that are looking to bring on an additional Advisor into their growing team based in Victoria. The team and internal environment are fantastic, with excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development and responsibility within the team.
The remit of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct end to end resourcing processes for assigned clients from approval to job offer, meeting quality, time, cost and compliance KPIs with guidance from Team Leader.
- Conduct candidate sourcing via available databases. Conduct initial telephone screening and HR interviews by phone or video. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, on time and in line with Resourcing checklist and guidance from Team Leader.
- Carry out manager briefings for new vacancies, as advised by Team Leader, to identify key requirements of new roles and advise on external market skills availability
What you will need to succeed
This role will require 3 - 5 years recruitment experience from within the oil and gas or EPC space, ideally within internal recruitment but agency candidates will also be considered if they are specifically operating within this space. Ideally, you will also speak another European language.
Please note, all opportunities are an initial 12 month fixed term contract with likelihood of extension or being taken permanent.
