Senior HR Manager - Standalone - Investments
A global investments firm based in the City of London is looking for a Senior HR Manager / HR Manager (level of experience dependent) to join the organisation on a full time basis in a largely standalone HR capacity, working closely with the business.
The global investments firm consists of circa 85 people across 3 global offices, with London being the HQ. They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join the HR team reporting in to the COO. The business consists of a long serving HR Manager who is reducing their working pattern to 3 days and they will take ownership of the Benefits, Payroll & general HR Admin. This new hire, the Senior HR Manager will in turn take ownership of broader HR Generalist advisory including; Recruitment, ER, Talent & Development, HR Projects, Managing HR processes, ER etc.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an HR Manager who is looking to grow in to a Senior HRM / Head of HR role in a highly collaborative, performance driven and consultative environment. The role will be relatively hands on & operational but faces off to the leadership team. The founder of the business is still highly involved with the day-to-day operations of the firm alongside the broader Partners and Business Heads.
You will be an accomplished HR Generalist ideally operating in another global investments / financial services organisation in a standalone role or as part of a small team. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred). Typical working hours are 8am - 6pm. The role will be based in the London office full time.
