A top global Management Consultancy are looking for a Recruiter to join their team. With a focus on both lateral and MBA hires, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Contributing to the development of the recruiting strategy by owning projects/workstreams and taking ownership of the experienced hire streamActing as a key contact for candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, including attraction, selection and cultivation for select sourcesLeading the ongoing management of the Experienced Hire/MBA candidate pipeline and data, using existing tools and systems while keeping key stakeholders informedCreating and driving the online and off-line recruiting events strategy for the London officeWorking on adhoc recruitment projectsLiaising with wider HR divisions with regards to recruiting and new joinersSupporting management and analysis of relevant department data and systems, including candidate tracking database, decision meetings toolsContributing to broader recruiting team by actively participating in strategy setting, issue resolution and ream problem-solving sessionsAs the Recruiter, you will possess:Strong education, to degree levelBetween 3-6 years recruiting experience, ideally within experienced hire or MBAStrong communication skills both written and verbalStrong MS Office skillsIf this Recruiter role is of interest, please apply directly.
