Senior HR Advisor9 month FTC£32,000pa - £37,000paMaple Cross, Hertfordshire My client, a well-known global brand is urgently seeking a HR Advisor to join their fantastic, close-knit and outgoing team. The successful Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Operations team to partner with the project management teams and lead the people plan in those areas. They will also coach line managers with people plans and advise on employee relations issues. Role responsibilities;Support HR BP with the people plan delivery and partner with managers for personal areas of responsibilityDevelop robust relationships with manager in order to be able to influence decision makingManage employee relations matters effectively to promote a high performance cultureSupport HRBP in executing all annual events effectively to promote performance related remunerationEffectively champion the engagement survey and outputs to leverage engagement levels and work with areas which require interventionManage absence levels and trends effectivelyEnsure that via the appraisal/Talent Review process, all people in agreed employee groups have current goals/objectives, against which individual performance accountabilities are measuredSupport HRBP to identify areas of skill shortages and any demographic trends of concern To be successful you;Should have experience within a HR generalist capacityWill ideally have experience within the Travel/ Construction industriesHave some experience advising line managers in a previous role - i.e. as a Senior Assistant/ Advisor levelWill have experience of supporting managers with discipline, grievance, performance, absence and redundancy issuesHave experience and be confident working with senior stakeholdersIdeally are CIPD qualified or at least Part Qualified / Working towards CIPDWill have a positive, hardworking and hands on approach and are looking to join a like-minded team!
