Job Details
My client is a boutique international bank, seeking an Interim HR Manager to oversee the HR function. With circa 50 employees the role will report directly into the Head of Operations and own the end to end generalist HR offering. Having recently been acquired by an investments/holding business there are some projects around analysing the HR capabilities of group HR and keeping everything running smoothly.
This role will suit someone who is immediately available or on one week's notice with a background in financial services or highly regulated environments. There is an element of ambiguity to the role and it will manage an HR Officer, so someone with a down to earth and engaging style is key.
