Global Change Manager
Central London
£500 p/day
6-months
An exciting opportunity to play a key part in a Global Change programme following the recent acquisition of my client.
Must have Global Change experience and be available to start within the next 2 weeks.
Role:
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required in the combination of the businesses. From the strategy they will integrate change management activities into project plan.
- Conduct impact analyses (by role, geography, legacy company and level) to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders and produce an overall programme change map to inform change activities and comms.
- Working with the internal comms team and manage and implement change and communication initiatives aligned to the external and internal communications strategy and plan
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools in a global acquisition / carve out
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Evidence of developing and delivering a change and communications plan to high standards and to a range of audiences across role levels and geographies, as well as utilising varied channels and measuring impact of initiatives on engagement.
