A reward opportunity for an advisor level, paying up to £40,000 on a 12m FTC.

Client Details

Our client is within the utilities sector and is looking for a specialist in reward to join the small in house reward team and support on managing flexi benefits, salary reviews and benchmarking.

Description

Benchmark by collating data and analysing

Provide advice to HR team and line managers on reward issues and implement new processes and undertake the project work related to reward schemes

Review external market trends and recommend to remain competitive

Work closely with the small reward team

Support with implementation of pay review and company bonus schemes

Transition the current reward and benefits scheme

Profile

The ideal candidate will have worked in reward previously and have had experience in analysing data, researching and presenting it back to senior members of staff. You will have experience of working in a HR environment and be confident in the delivery of reward projects. Due to the change happening in the organisation you should have a flexible and adaptable mindset.
