Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Operations Manager. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from several departments and you will be expected to provide information on policies and procedures, supporting with end to end recruitment, updating files for staff absence in addition to preparing all HR related staff documentation. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months initially paying £13.40 - £15p/h.
What you'll need to succeed Previous HR Administration experience is essential for this role, you must be systems savvy and demonstrate the ability to simplify data to produce informative people reports. Additionally, you will demonstrate good working knowledge and experience of HR. As an individual you will be required to be hard working with excellent attention to detail. You will be required to start week commencing 29th July, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
