Client Details

A global organisation in the aerospace sector looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team based in their Feltham offices.

Description

  • Direct line management of a HR Coordinator
  • Responsible for all recruitment and selection processes
  • Provide advice on career management giving performance review feedback
  • Provide training needs analysis in line with the business strategy
  • Provide advice on performance management in line with current legislation
  • Oversee the employee relations procedures in areas such as flexible working, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Working closely with the union on all relevant matters
  • Organisational design and change
  • Assisting the head of HR in developing and implementing the overall People strategy
  • Functional expert in Learning & Development field across all of the UK

Profile

  • 3 years exposure in an advisory/partner HR role
  • Advanced knowledge of employee learning and development & employment law
  • Line management responsibility an advantage
  • CIPD qualified
  • Competent on Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Adaptable
  • Can deal with confidential information
