Employee Relations Consultant

ER Consultant for a global logistics company, £30k plus car, Bristol and South West and Wales region

Your new role
In this position you will take the lead for Employee Relations covering a geographical area of Avonmouth, Bridgwater, Penybont, Plymouth and Swindon. You will have an opportunity to work from home and attend site visits to designated depots and attend meetings at head office.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven track record of coaching and supporting managers through complex employee relation issues. Sound technical understanding of Employment Legislation as with experience of working in a union environment. In addition to excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task will allow you to succeed in this role.

What you'll get in return
£30,000 salary pro rata and a generous benefits package including company car.
