An Organisational Development role for a not-for-profit organisation in Brighton for a 12 month FTC.
Your new company
Our Education client in Brighton is looking to recruit an Organisational Development for a 12 month FTC to support with a project for their growing HR team. Located just outside of Brighton, you will be working with 5 members in the OD team reporting to the Head of Organisational Development.
Your new role
As an Organisational Development Advisor you will be supporting the organisation with a new strategic development programme to support junior-senior members of staff and help deliver their new people strategy.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of professional and personal development for all members of staff. You will lead on designing and delivering a range of leadership and management programmes as part of a wider transformational leadership programme.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have up to date understanding of current trends and best practice with Organisational Development methodologies and technologies with substantial experience of successfully developing and implementing organisational development strategies and initiatives in a multi-disciplined organisation.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £33,000-£39,500 plus 25 days holiday, pension, flexible working, staff discounts, cycle to work scheme, life assurance and child care vouchers.
