Your new role
This is a newly created role to support the HR Officer with the People strategy, from a development perspective.
The role will include:

• TNA
• Design and delivery of creative training
• Coaching
• Leadership development
• Train the trainer
• Appraisal training
• Establishing and maintaining training records
• Induction design and delivery
• Supporting on all aspects of HR as appropriate
• Establishing process to ensure learning and development is embedded into the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working within a full cycle L&D role
• Have a 'roll your sleeves up and can do attitude'
• The ability to communicate with people on all levels from grads to director level
