Job Title: HR Advisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity with one of clients who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent and full time basis.

This is a brand new role to the business due to significant growth.

As HR Advisor you will hold a generalist role with a significant focus on Recruitment initially so recruitment experience in the pharma sector will be preferable.

This is an exciting period of growth for this established business (current headcount approx. 80) and so they need a HR Advisor that will engage with all levels of stakeholders across the business and continue to be the face of HR alongside the HR Manager.

Duties include.

·Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment law, new starters to leavers
·You will be providing monthly updates on all cases to Group HR Manager
·Manage employment cases from grievances, absence, and sickness and attend disciplinary hearing
·Advising line managers how to undertake effective recruitment and selection of staff
·Undertaking any other duties as determined by the Group Manager assisting on HR projects
