Job Details
A Private Equity Firm is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their lovely team based London. The role will operate as numebr 2 to the HR Director, focusing on generalist HR work and interesting People Projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- A hands on role with great visibility within the business, giving you the opportunity to really own and be the face and point of contact for HR for the client group,reporting into the Head of HR.You will develop strong business partnering relationships with the management team and your client group and provide advisory support and guidance around all people issues.As HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for a full generalist remit, including the day to day 360 Recruitment processes, Generalist HR work, ER cases, L&D, Admin and Project Work. you wil also mange the MI reposrting and poplicies arounf SMCR, IR35, GCPR and any new emerging regulations.
Personal Specification:
- You will be currently operating at Advisor level, with 3+ years generalist experience and will be comfortable working in a Finacnaial Service organisation. You will be great at building relationships and will have experience gained in a similar fast paced, constantly changing environment.A CIPD qualification would be highly beneficial
